On 18 July, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Society of Persons with Disabilities of Uzbekistan, the Public Fund for the Support of Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis, the Mirabror Usmanov International Public Charity Foundation, the “Ona” Public Foundation, and the IT Ta’lim Association, will organize a drawing competition and a chess tournament for children with disabilities aged 7 to 17 as part of the “We Are Together!” social project.
The project’s activities are aimed at fostering the creative and intellectual potential of the younger generation while creating an inclusive and supportive environment where children with disabilities can feel the care, attention, and encouragement of society. The competition and tournament are designed to strengthen participants’ self-confidence, inspire them to pursue new achievements, and help them look to the future with optimism.
As part of the event, an exhibition of artworks created by children with disabilities will also be organized.
A total of 28 talented children from all 14 regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan will participate in the drawing competition and chess tournament. Of these, 14 participants will compete in the drawing competition, while 14 participants will take part in the chess tournament.
