Today, July 22, the traditional “Mirabror Usmonov International Memorial Tournament” kicked off at the “JAR” stadium located in Tashkent city. This competition is dedicated to the memory of the late statesman and public figure Mirabror Usmonov, aiming to enhance the football potential among youth as well as strengthen international cooperation. This year’s tournament features the U-23 national teams from three countries — Uzbekistan, Japan, and Saudi Arabia.
This tournament is not only an opportunity for young footballers to showcase their talents on the international stage but also serves as preparation for future major competitions.
